1. Who is Franny & Zoe?

Franny & Zoe is a small, independent brand turning art, humor, and cats into wearable tees. Every design is made with love, printed on demand, and shipped straight to your door from the U.S.

2. What styles and fabrics do you offer?

We print exclusively on the Gildan 64000 – a soft, durable unisex tee with a modern fit.

  • Solid Colors: 100% ring-spun cotton
  • Heather Colors: Cotton/polyester blend (poly content varies by color)

3. What does “made to order” mean?

We only print what’s needed when it’s needed – no mass production or wasted inventory. Each tee is freshly printed and shipped from the U.S. Please double-check size, shipping address, and email before ordering, as we don’t hold stock or accept general returns.

4. How should I care for my tee?

To keep your shirt looking its best:

  • Machine wash cold, inside-out
  • Tumble dry low or hang dry
  • Avoid bleach
  • Do not iron directly on the design

5. Do you ship internationally?

At the moment, we ship only within the USA 🇺🇸.

6. How long does delivery take?

Production: 3–5 business days
Shipping: 3–5 business days (continental U.S.)
7–12 business days for Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and U.S. territories.
We recommend ordering early if you need it by a specific date.

7. Can I track my order?

Absolutely! Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking link. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 business days, contact us at support@frannyandzoeworld.com.

8. Do you offer refunds or exchanges?

We want you to love your tee! If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or not as expected, you’re covered by our 30-Day Happiness Guarantee. Email mail@frannyandzoeworld.com within 30 days, including your order number, a brief description, and a photo of the issue – we’ll fix it fast.
